What you’re buying
A personal, non-transferable licence to Mind Palace: the guided platform, Atlas (the AI coach), the setup and build workflow, the positioning and offer tools, the launch plan, the community, and the weekly live group session. There are two ways to buy it.
- The membership, $47 USD per month. Access continues for as long as the membership is active. It is a subscription, not a one-time purchase.
- Lifetime plus the 90-day founder programme, $997 USD once. Permanent access with no recurring charge, plus one-to-one time with David as set out below.
The lifetime option, and what “lifetime” means
One payment of $997 USD. Nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel, and you are never charged again. You keep access to the platform, Atlas, the community and everything added later.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, not of any person. If Mind Palace ever shuts down, access ends with it. That is the honest limit of the word, and we would rather write it here than have you discover it. What you built is unaffected either way — it lives in your own accounts.
It is a licence for one person. It can’t be shared, resold or transferred to someone else.
The 90-day founder programme
Included with the lifetime option, and limited to ten members a month — nine calls each is about the whole of one person’s calendar, so the intake is capped rather than oversold. When a month is full the option closes until the 1st.
Concretely, it is nine scheduled calls with David:
- One 60-minute kickoff on your idea.
- Four weekly 30-minute calls across your first four weeks — build and launch.
- Four biweekly 30-minute calls across the following eight weeks — offer, positioning and first customers.
- Direct asynchronous access to David between calls, for the full 90 days.
The 90 days runs from your kickoff call. Calls are booked by you from a scheduling link sent after purchase; a call you don’t attend and didn’t reschedule with 24 hours’ notice counts as used. If David needs to move a call, it is rescheduled, never lost.
What it is not. David coaches, reviews and unblocks. He does not build your product for you, write your code, or act as your developer — the entire point is that you leave able to do it yourself.
Billing — the monthly membership
- $47 USD today, which covers your first 30 days.
- Then $47 USD per month, automatically, on the same date each month.
- All prices are in US dollars. Your bank may add a conversion fee we don’t see or receive.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- There is no setup fee, no contract and no minimum term.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a short period. If it keeps failing, the membership lapses and access pauses — we don’t send anything to collections.
The 7-day build guarantee
If you aren’t happy in your first seven days, for any reason at all, request your refund from your account page and your first $47 is refunded in full. No application, no exit interview, no questions asked, and nothing for you to prove.
Our advertising describes this as following the steps and getting live within seven days. These terms are deliberately the wider of the two and they are the ones that bind: the refund is not conditional on completing anything, and nobody assesses what you did. If the two ever read differently, this paragraph wins.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. A refund ends the membership and your access to the platform and community. What you built is unaffected: it lives in your own accounts, not ours.
This guarantee covers your first payment only, and applies to the monthly membership. After the first seven days the membership continues at $47 a month and you can cancel at any time, which stops future payments rather than refunding past ones.
Refunds on the lifetime option
The $997 option carries a different guarantee, because most of what it buys is David’s calendar. Email info@outreachgenius.ai within 14 days of purchase and, provided your kickoff call hasn’t happened yet, you get a full refund with no questions asked.
Once the kickoff call has taken place the programme has started and the $997 is non-refundable. If you’re unsure, don’t book the kickoff until you are — the 14 days is yours to think in.
Cancelling
This applies to the monthly membership. The lifetime option is a single payment with nothing to cancel.
Cancel whenever you like, for any reason or none, from your account page inside the platform. No forms, no retention call, no reason required. If you would rather a human did it, info@outreachgenius.ai works too.
Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t pro-rate or refund part of a month, and we don’t charge a cancellation fee.
What you own
Everything you build. Your code lives in your GitHub, your database and your users live in your Supabase, your deployment lives in your Netlify, your domain is registered to you, and your customer data is yours and never ours. Nothing you build lives inside a Mind Palace account, and if you leave, it leaves with you.
The platform’s own material — the lessons, guides, prompts and workflows — stays ours. Use it for your own projects and your own clients’ projects, but don’t republish or resell it.
Third-party tools and their costs
The workflow uses services you sign up for yourself — including GitHub, Supabase, Netlify and an AI coding tool. They are separate companies with their own accounts, terms and pricing, and we don’t control any of them.
Their free tiers are normally enough to get your first product live and in front of your first users. If your product grows, or if you choose a paid AI plan, you pay those companies directly. Those costs are not included in the membership.
Community conduct
The community works because it’s builders helping builders. Be respectful, don’t spam, don’t pitch other members unsolicited, and don’t share anyone’s work or idea outside the community without their permission. Access can be removed for behaviour that harms the community — a judgement we don’t expect to have to make.
What we do and don’t promise
Mind Palace is an educational platform. It teaches and guides a real workflow, and the guarantee above stands behind getting your product live.
“Friday you have an idea, Sunday you have a business” means you finish the weekend with a working product, a public URL, a defined customer, your positioning, your offer and your first customer-acquisition plan. It is not a promise of revenue, customers or income, by Sunday or ever. What you earn depends on your idea, your market and your work.
Results described on the site, including David’s own and other members’, are real but not typical and are not a prediction of your outcome. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice.
Privacy
What we collect. Your name and email, so we can give you access and support you. Your payment details go to Stripe, not to us. Inside the platform we store what you tell the coach about your project, because that is what makes it able to help with your product.
How the site is measured. We record first-party usage events — pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far down a page people read — against an anonymous identifier stored in your browser, plus the campaign that referred you, so we can tell which advertising works. No message text, project content or document contents are ever recorded in analytics.
Advertising. Our public pages — this site's home page and the page you land on after paying — carry the Meta (Facebook) pixel, so we can tell which adverts bring people here and stop paying for the ones that don't. It sets cookies in your browser and reports page views and checkout starts to Meta. When a purchase completes, we also send Meta a record of the sale from our server, including your email address hashed — scrambled one way, so it can be matched against an account Meta already has and cannot be read back by anyone. We do not send your name, your project, or anything you tell the coach. None of this runs inside the platform itself: once you are signed in, only our own first-party analytics apply. Meta's use of what it receives is governed by their privacy policy, and browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop the pixel entirely without affecting anything you have paid for.
Email. Members are added to David’s email list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your access.
Sharing. We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run the product — payment processing, email delivery, hosting, community hosting and the AI model provider that powers the coach.
Your data. To see, export or delete what we hold, email info@outreachgenius.ai. Deleting your account data doesn’t touch anything you built — that’s in your own accounts and only you can remove it.
Changes
If these terms change we’ll update this page and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects what you pay or what you get, we’ll email members before it takes effect.
