CreatorCast — the spec

CreatorCast is an AI automation agent for independent gospel artists, real estate agents, and church administrators who need to publish professional content across multiple platforms without a marketing team. A user uploads raw material — a property listing, an audio track, or a church event brief — and the agent produces platform-native ads, music production notes, and promotional copy, then schedules and posts everything automatically on a weekly cadence.

The core loop

  1. User creates an account and selects their vertical: Music, Real Estate, or Church.
  2. User uploads raw material — a property listing, an audio file, or an event description.
  3. The AI agent processes the input and generates platform-specific content drafts (Facebook, Instagram, X, WhatsApp, etc.) with copy and format tailored to each channel.
  4. User reviews drafts, selects target audience segments (age, location, interests), and confirms the posting schedule.
  5. The agent adds all approved content to the weekly calendar and posts automatically at the scheduled times.
  6. User receives an email or SMS confirmation each time a post goes live.

v1 scope

One-click multi-platform posting with platform-specific formatting
Connects to major social channels and generates channel-native posts — caption length, hashtag strategy, and image ratios adjusted per platform — from a single input. Lives on the Campaign Creation screen.

AI-generated music production notes from audio uploads
Accepts an uploaded gospel track or voice memo and returns structured production notes (arrangement suggestions, mix feedback, lyric refinement prompts) plus promotional copy ready for social. Lives on the Music Upload screen.

Audience segment targeting
Before scheduling, the user defines target segments by age range, location, and interest tags. The agent tailors copy tone and platform selection to match. Lives on the Audience Setup screen, accessible during campaign review.

Weekly content calendar automation with scheduling
After content is approved, the agent builds a seven-day posting plan, distributes content across the week to avoid clustering, and posts autonomously. The calendar is visible and editable on the Calendar screen.

Deliberately later

  • Performance analytics dashboard per content piece — engagement data is only meaningful once users have run enough campaigns to benchmark; adds complexity before trust is established.
  • Brand voice training from user examples — requires a meaningful history of user content to train on; better at v2 when retention data confirms users are returning.
  • Template library with industry-specific presets — valuable, but the AI-generated drafts serve this purpose in v1; templates become an accelerator after the core loop is proven.
  • Bulk content generation from a single brief — high-volume output is a power-user feature; ship after the base workflow is validated and pricing tiers are in place.
