Implementation

  • Build what matters

Your team is already being exposed to AI. The question is whether they know how to use it well.

AI adoption inside most organizations is uneven.

Some employees are using AI every day. Others barely use it. Some know how to get useful results but do not understand the risks. And very few know how to turn AI from an occasional tool into a repeatable way of improving work.

MindPalace X Training gives teams a practical foundation: how AI works, where it helps, where it fails, how to use it responsibly, and how to identify opportunities worth building.

Use it effectively

Give AI the context and direction it needs to produce better work.

Use it responsibly

Understand verification, confidentiality, privacy, security, and human oversight.

Apply it to real work

Move beyond demos and generic prompts into actual workplace use cases.

Build internal capability

Develop employees who can recognize and shape AI opportunities inside the organization.

Training designed to change how people work — not just what they know.

Capability

Give employees the practical skills to use AI productively in their everyday work.

Consistency

Create a shared approach to AI use, judgment, verification, and responsible behavior across the team.

Action

Help employees identify concrete opportunities where AI can improve a process, workflow, or customer experience.

One programme. Two levels of capability.

Train the broader workforce on responsible, effective AI use. Then take selected employees deeper into workflow design and practical AI implementation.

Track A

Give every employee a practical foundation for working with AI.

Track A is designed for organizations that want employees to use AI with more confidence, consistency, and judgment.

The programme combines practical AI skills with responsible-use principles so employees understand not only what AI can do, but how to decide when and how it should be used.

What the cohort covers

01

Understand AI at Work

What modern AI is, where it appears, what it does well, and where its limitations matter.

02

Get Better Results

How context, instructions, examples, constraints, and source material change AI output.

03

Use AI Responsibly

Hallucinations, verification, confidentiality, privacy, security, bias, and appropriate human oversight.

04

Apply AI to Real Work

Practical exercises built around realistic business tasks and role-relevant scenarios.

05

Exercise Human Judgment

Recognize higher-impact uses, know when to review, and understand when escalation is appropriate.

06

Assess & Apply

Complete a practical knowledge check and leave with clear actions for using AI more effectively.

Your company. Your scenarios.

Where practical, examples and exercises can be adapted to the roles, workflows, tools, and challenges of the participating team.

AI literacy is becoming an organizational responsibility.

For organizations operating in Europe, Track A can be adapted to support AI-literacy initiatives under Article 4 of the EU AI Act.

The programme can help employees understand the opportunities and risks of AI, build appropriate workplace skills, and create a documented record of the training delivered.

The programme can also be adapted to other jurisdictions and organizational policies.

Training supports organizational AI-literacy efforts but does not constitute legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance.

Ask about regional training modules

More than a workshop.

Training should leave the organization with something useful after the session ends.

Live cohort training

Instructor-led training for your team.

Participant materials

Practical reference materials and exercises.

Role-relevant scenarios

Exercises that reflect real workplace decisions.

Assessment

Knowledge and scenario-based checks where included.

Completion records

Clear records of who completed the programme.

Certificates

MindPalace X completion or assessed-completion certificates.

Management summary

A concise view of the programme delivered and key follow-up actions.

AI-literacy evidence pack

Where relevant, documentation that can help an organization maintain a record of the AI-literacy measures it has taken.

Track B

Move from using AI to building with it.

Track B is designed for the people inside your organization who see opportunities to improve how work gets done.

Participants learn a repeatable method for turning a business problem into a structured, testable AI workflow.

The Track B method

Problem

What are we actually trying to improve?

Process

How does the work happen today?

Specification

What should the AI-assisted workflow do — and not do?

Prototype

Create a bounded version that can be tested.

Test

Challenge the workflow with real and failure scenarios.

Human Oversight

Define approval, escalation, and accountability.

Implementation Plan

Determine what is required before production use.

Participants do not need to become software engineers. The goal is to give internal teams enough practical capability to identify good opportunities, shape them clearly, and collaborate effectively with technical teams when deeper implementation is required.

Built for companies, not classrooms.

Private cohorts

Train employees together around a shared organizational context.

Live and interactive

Participants can ask questions, work through scenarios, and apply concepts in real time.

Flexible scheduling

Run the programme as an intensive session or split it across multiple sessions.

Virtual by default

Deliver training across locations without requiring employees to travel.

Multiple languages

English and Italian available at launch. Additional languages can be supported through trained facilitators as delivery capacity expands.

Adaptable content

Regional modules and company-specific examples can be added where appropriate.

Designed for the people actually using AI at work.

  • Leadership
  • Operations
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Customer Service
  • HR & People Teams
  • Administration
  • Finance
  • Innovation Teams
  • AI Champions

Training is accessible to non-technical employees. Track B is deeper and more applied, but it is still designed to help business professionals work with AI — not turn them into software engineers.

Optional next step

Found something worth building?

Training often surfaces high-value opportunities that need more than a workshop.

Where appropriate, MindPalace X can work with your team after Track B to evaluate a workflow, refine the specification, and help move a validated opportunity toward implementation.

Talk to Us About Implementation

AI training from people who actually build with AI.

MindPalace X is built around a practical idea: people learn AI best when they use it to solve real problems.

Our training combines responsible AI use with hands-on application, helping teams move beyond generic prompting and understand how AI fits into actual business workflows.

Practitioner-led

The same methods we use to design, specify, and build AI systems — taught to the people who will use them.

Built around real work

Exercises run on realistic business tasks and workplace decisions rather than generic prompt demos.

Responsible by default

Verification, confidentiality, and human oversight are part of every module, not a compliance afterthought.

Questions companies ask

Is this training designed for technical teams?

No. Track A is designed to be useful for non-technical employees as well as more experienced AI users. Track B is more applied, but participants still do not need to be software engineers.

Do employees need prior AI experience?

Not for Track A. The programme is designed to establish a common foundation while still giving existing AI users practical ways to improve how they work.

Do we need to take both tracks?

No. Track A can be delivered on its own. Track B is intended for organizations that want selected employees to develop deeper capability around AI workflows and practical implementation.

Is this EU AI Act certification?

No. MindPalace X training is not an EU-issued certification. For organizations operating in Europe, Track A can be adapted to support AI-literacy initiatives under Article 4 of the EU AI Act. Certificates document participation or completion of the MindPalace X programme.

Does completing the programme make our organization compliant with the EU AI Act?

No training course by itself can guarantee an organization’s overall legal compliance. The programme can support AI-literacy efforts and provide documentation of the training delivered. Organizations remain responsible for their broader legal, privacy, security, employment, and sector-specific obligations.

Can you customize the programme for our company?

Yes. Depending on the engagement, examples, exercises, terminology, and scenarios can be adapted to reflect your organization, industry, roles, and AI use cases.

How large are the cohorts?

A typical interactive cohort is approximately 10–25 participants. Larger organizations can run multiple cohorts or discuss a delivery model designed for a larger population.

Is the training virtual?

Yes. Version 1 is designed for live virtual delivery. Future in-person delivery can be evaluated separately.

What languages are available?

English and Italian are available at launch. Additional languages may be available through trained facilitators. Language availability should be confirmed as part of the training plan.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes, participants can receive a MindPalace X certificate reflecting the programme they completed. Where an assessment is included, the certificate may identify assessed completion. These are programme certificates and are not government-issued professional certifications unless explicitly stated.

Can you help us implement something identified during the workshop?

Yes. Implementation is optional and separately scoped. Track B can help surface and define opportunities that may be appropriate for deeper technical implementation.
